EdgeWater Research Partners LLC (“EdgeWater”) is a subscription based independent research company focused on micro cap and small cap issuers for which little or no industry research is available. The Company publishes a monthly newsletter titled the “EdgeWater Micro Monthly”, as well as individual initial coverage research and periodic updates on relatively undiscovered public companies. The research is “generalist” in nature and therefore includes a rather eclectic mix of companies at any given point in time.

Edgewater published its first initial coverage research in October 2002, and since that time has provided coverage on 32 micro cap and/or small cap companies. The research is distributed to subscribers via e-mail, and reports are available for purchase by non-subscribers including issuers and/or their representatives on the Company’s website: www.edgewaterresearch.com. Issuers are not obligated to purchase anything from the Company. The monthly newsletter is available to subscribers only. In addition, EdgeWater conducts two conferences each year at various locations across the country wherein typically 10 to 15 selected issuers are invited to present over a one or two day period. Issuers are charged a fee to present, and proceeds from those fees are used to pay for the flight and lodging of paid subscribers who would like to attend the conferences. Following is an overview of the Company’s research including performance information, as well as a subscription form that can be used to subscribe to the service. Monthly billing of subscription fees are available upon request. Please inquire with questions regarding the methodology of performance information as well. I believe all of the information is accurate, but I do make some errors occasionally.

All EdgeWater research is written and published by David L. Lavigne. David Lavigne has a BS in Finance from the University of Idaho (1984), and has provided research services to various entities in different capacities since approximately 1995.
