Event Location: The time and cost of conducting clinical trials is long and expensive. The goal of drug development is to quickly and safely determine the safety and efficacy of NCEs/biologics and the target population that will benefit most from the new therapy. Within the past few years many new approaches have been developed to address this goal, e.g., adaptive trial design, Bayesian analysis, and the use of biomarkers. This conference will focus on the practical application of Adaptive Clinical Trial Designs into clinical development programs, and specifically clinical protocols.
